ARC360’s much-anticipated return to physical events features an expert line-up of industry leaders all set to consider what the recent past might mean for the future.
Providing an insurers’ view on the day will be Dawn Marsden, Head of GI Supplier Management, LV=, while Richard Steer, Chief Executive of Steer Automotive will provide his take on developments from a repairer perspective. Dean Lander, Head of Repair Sector Services, Thatcham Research will also be on hand discussing the changing world of claims and repair.
Mark Hadaway, ARC360 co-founder, said, “Our industry, like most, has undergone incredible disruption in recent times. The ramifications are still being felt and this will likely be the case for years to come, but understanding where we are now and what is ahead is the most effective way of future-proofing any business.
“Back to the Future will provide a collaborative, interactive environment where we can share insights and work together to develop ideas that will make us more robust both collectively and individually.”
The event, which takes place at the British Motor Museum on 25 November, is themed ‘Back the Future’ and is held under the ARC360 banner of Gaining Ground Together.
