IAA company SYNETIQ has achieved a key safety milestone by securing a globally recognised certification.
It has announced that its management team has attained the IOSH Managing Safely qualification while its board and directors have achieved IOSH Directing Safely.
The IOSH Managing Safely qualification reinforces the company’s safety-first culture and was secured after the board, managers and team leaders all completed the IOSH Leading Safety for Executives and Directors course.
It underscores the commitment to reducing operational risk and ensuring that its leaders have the necessary skills and knowledge to proactively manage health and safety within the organisation.
More than 100 colleagues now hold the IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
Natalie Buckley, SYNETIQ’s People Director, said, “The successful completion of the IOSH Managing Safely qualification is a testament to our unwavering commitment to prioritising safety in everything we do. We believe that a strong safety culture is not just a requirement; it is a fundamental value that guides our actions and decisions. This milestone is a reflection of our dedication to the wellbeing of our colleagues and the communities in which we operate.”
