ARC360 conference continues to bolster agenda with key influencers

The ARC360 Conference 2025 continues to gather momentum with the addition of three more influential voices to its growing speaker line-up.

Set to take place on Thursday 22 May 2025 at the British Motor Museum, Gaydon, this year’s event promises to be one of the most dynamic and insightful gatherings the automotive incident repair sector has seen.

Joining the already impressive roster are:

  • Sally Jones, Managing Director – Coatings UK, BASF
  • Paul Sell, Director, Trend Tracker
  • Clare Davies, Chief Operating Officer, Solus ARC

Each of these respected industry leaders brings a wealth of expertise, perspective, and forward-thinking to ARC360’s core theme of ‘A new era – the changing dynamics of a sector’. From advanced coatings innovation and market intelligence to operational excellence at scale, their involvement will provide attendees with invaluable insights into how different facets of the supply chain are evolving and how businesses can stay ahead in a rapidly transforming landscape.

Mark Hadaway, ILC Content Director and ARC360 Co-Founder, commented: “We’re delighted to welcome Sally, Paul, and Clare to the ARC360 Conference agenda. Their addition reinforces our mission to host meaningful, cross-sector discussions that truly reflect the challenges and opportunities facing the motor claims and repair community today.”

With over 25 major insurer brands, 100+ key repairers, and 10+ leading vehicle manufacturers already confirmed to attend, ARC360 2025 is shaping up to be the most influential industry event of the year.
