More than 25 leading insurer brands, over 100 key repairers, 10 vehicle manufacturers and an extensive cross-section of the automotive claims supply chain will converge on the British Motor Museum, Gaydon, on Thursday 22 May for the ARC360 Conference 2025 — widely anticipated as one of the sector’s most influential events of the year.
Branded under the theme ‘A new era – the changing dynamics of a sector’, the conference aims to explore the ongoing transformation within motor insurance claims and vehicle repair, offering attendees an exclusive opportunity to hear from industry leaders, collaborate with peers, and prepare for a rapidly evolving future.
This year’s event boasts attendance from a who’s who of the automotive and insurance world. Alongside the confirmed participation of more than 25 insurers, ARC360 will welcome over 100 key repairers, network operators representing thousands of UK repairers, and more than 10 major vehicle manufacturers, underlining the event’s role as a central forum for strategic industry discussion.
The event is supported by a broad base of industry partners: Corporate Partners include BASF, CAPS, Entegral, Enterprise, NWVA, Mirka, S&G Response, and Solera Audatex; Partners e2e, and Repairify; and Event Sponsors Onyx and Thatcham Research. Stellantis returns as the official Vehicle Manufacturer Partner.
Mark Hadaway, ILC Content Director and ARC360 Co-founder, said the 2025 edition will offer unparalleled insight and opportunity: “ARC360 2025 is about understanding the new dynamics shaping our industry.
