Automotive charity Ben has announced a new fundraising challenge – Race Across Britain – which will take place over three days next February.
Supported by LKQ Euro Car Parts, Race Across Britain will see up to 50 pairs of automotive industry colleagues challenged to reach various checkpoints from 26-28 February.
The checkpoints won’t be revealed beforehand, and teams will have strict budgets to cover all food, travel and accommodation. Participants also won’t be permitted to drive themselves, but they can use any form of public transport and cycle, run or walk.
Matt Wigginton, Director of Partnerships, Engagement and Income said: “With no planes, no smart phones and no plans, Ben’s Race Across Britain is set to be frenetic and lots of fun. It’ll be a true test of ingenuity, resolve and anyone and everyone in our industry can take part.”
