Super brand repair centre Chartwells Derby has been named Bentley’s Bodyshop of the Year UK for the second year in a row and third year in total.
It was one of five regional winners of the prestigious accolade from more than 196 qualifying bodyshops.
Lou Lawes, General Manager, said, “We’re really proud to be named winners of the Bentley Bodyshop of the Year (UK) for the second year in a row. We were up against the best of the best so it shows the dedication and commitment of everyone associated with the business, especially the great staff we employ, who are all 100% committed to achieving the best possible outcomes.
“Special thanks must also go to Bentley Leicester and Bentley Birmingham for their continued support.”
Bentley assessed nominations based on consistency and quality of repair, use of customer feedback, as well as compliance. Each entry was also asked to outline their support for their nominated Bentley dealer, their approach to waste and recycling, and any other efforts being taken to operate a ‘greener’ business.
