Fix Auto UK has launched a unique partnership that will ensure each franchise partner has leading human resources support service.
The network has bought into the services provided by Connor, a leading provider of HR support.
The strategic collaboration ensures every franchisee has access to an unrivalled professional assistance in the field including assistance with employment law, assistance with employee relations issues and wider HR/People strategies.
As part of the arrangement, all franchise partners will receive an initial consultation to enable the Connor team to understand their current HR/people footprint, processes and procedures. They will have access to a raft of documents and templates including contracts of employment, disciplinary and grievance policies and performance management policies and procedures.
