Fix Auto UK has partnered with Trustpilot, arguably the world’s most powerful customer review platform, to instil confidence and credibility in the service provided by its franchise partners.
As one of the first in the repair industry to directly connect with the global organisation, it ensures all 101 fully branded Fix Auto UK repair centres will adopt the Trustpilot system where all customers will be encouraged to share their experience.
The network recorded a 4.6 out of five score from over 270 reviews during its month-long roll out.
The working partnership between Trustpilot and Fix Auto UK’s franchise partners ensures all reviews will be closely monitored independently by Trustpilot for their validity.
