Fix Auto UK has become the only vehicle body repair network in the UK to record 10,000 customer reviews on Trustpilot.
Franchise partners collectively have achieved an ‘excellent’ customer service rating, with an average score of 4.6.

Within days of Fix Auto UK reaching its goal, Fix Auto West Kensington maintained its own Trustpilot success. Exactly 12 months on from being the network’s first repairer to reach 250 reviews, the London-based business became the only bodyshop to record 500 – with an exemplary five-out-of-five-star rating.

Meanwhile, Andy O’Hare has added a fourth Fix Auto UK-branded site to his portfolio, introducing HGV repair capabilities to the network for the first time.
Fix Auto Tayside, in Dundee, is a state-of-the art 18,000sqft site with equipment and tooling needed to repair commercial vehicles, double decker buses and HGVs alongside family cars.
The site joins O’Hare’s existing repair centres in Fix Auto Aberdeen, Fix Auto Elgin and Fix Auto Inverness.
