A new apprenticeship solution for employers will be launched by established industry leader Bob Linwood on 1 March.
Apprenticeship Central has been set up as a full-service provider of apprenticeship services for employers who want to outsource their recruitment and retention activities.
It launches with three main services: recruit; nurture; ensure.
Recruit finds and processes apprentices through the PreEmployment Programme (PEP), Nurture provides a full learning journey management service that helps employers ensure their apprentices stay engaged and motivated, while Ensure sees the Apprenticeship Central team maintain relationships with apprentices to provide further support, both personally and professionally.
Apprenticeship Central founder Bob Linwood, who also established ABLE TO (Support Services), said: “ABLE TO was created with a two-pronged service offer: to help businesses with their marketing activities and to help employers develop their apprenticeship strategy. We will celebrate our second anniversary soon, and with an ever-increasing demand for our apprenticeship services, now is the right time to evolve and give our unique apprentice proposition its own brand to power forward with.”
