NBRA/VBRA discuss pricing with GT Motive

The NBRA/VBRA has sought clarity from GT Motive around its pricing strategy for 2024.

It hopes to be able to share outcomes of its discussions with the wider industry to enable bodyshops to plan ahead for any potential price increases.

It said, “The NBRA and VBRA have proactively engaged in conversations with GT Motive to address any potential price increases for upcoming year. Our primary objective is to foster transparency within the industry, allowing businesses to plan and budget effectively for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

“The purpose of these discussions is to seek clarity on GT Motive’s pricing strategy for 2024 and to understand the rationale behind any proposed adjustments. We firmly believe that open and constructive communication is vital for the collective benefit of manufacturers, repairers, and all stakeholders in the automotive repair ecosystem.

“The outcome will undoubtedly have a substantial impact on the industry, and we are actively working towards a resolution that is equitable and sensible for all parties involved.

“As of now, we are eagerly awaiting GT Motive’s response to our inquiries.”
