ARC360 will shine a light on the future of vehicle repair when it returns with its first physical event in two years.
Taking place under the ARC360 banner of Gaining Ground Together, ‘Back to the Future’ will be held at the British Motor Museum on Thursday, 25 November.
With a spotlight shone squarely on vehicle repair, the event will feature various elements dedicated to the evolution taking place within automotive aftermarket workshops.
Richard Steer, CEO of Steer Automotive, will feature as a keynote interviewee during the event, talking delegates through the measures his company is taking to prepare for the future. He will consider the technologies being adopted; the evolving customer and colleague dynamics; and discuss the areas he considers investment to be critical.
Mark Hadaway, co-founder, ARC360, said, ‘Back to the Future will be a welcome return to live events for us. It will blend the best elements of our digital programme with an experiential and interactive conference and exhibition.
‘While part of programme will focus on the changes taking place within vehicle repair and operational models, we will also be looking at how the whole industry is being influenced by technology, data, and the wider economy with a high-class line up of speakers and interviews.’
