Automotive charity Ben has released advice on how colleagues in the industry can deal with increasing stresses.
It has compiled a list of coping strategies that its own Life Coaches use to improve their wellbeing and cope with pressure.
These include connecting with others; spending time with loved ones is essential to maintaining perspective and relaxing.
Ben also advises spending time outdoors and practicing mindfulness techniques such as breathing and focusing on core values, as well as improving organisational skills and prioritising time effectively.
Regular exercise, disconnecting from technology and making time for yourself to do things you enjoy can also prove effective in releasing tension.
